Cancellation and No Show Policy

By Requesting an appointment at Urban Aristocats, you agree to these terms. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Urban Aristocats at any time without notice. Urban Aristocats or one of its representatives reserves the right to enforce this policy at their discretion. Urban Aristocats can decline to offer services at any time at their discretion.

Confirmed appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling or you will be charged $25 to the card on file. We reserve the right to require a card to be kept on file for the purposes of collecting this fee.

If you fail to show up without calling to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged $50 to the card on file. If you are granted an appointment within 48 hours and cancel, it is considered a no show. We reserve the right to require a card to be kept on file for the purposes of collecting this fee.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified a representative directly by phone. You will be subject to any associated no show fees.

Habitual tardiness, frequent cancellations and consistently missing appointments without notice may jeopardize your ability to obtain appointments during peak times or highly desirable appointment times including but not limited to weekends or holiday times.

You must call the store to cancel. Failure to confirm an appointment is not a cancellation. As we cannot control the delivery of digital communications, not receiving a confirmation or reminder in any medium is not justification for missing an appointment. Cancellations must be made to a representative directly.

Online bookings require you provide a valid credit card. We reserve the right to ask to keep a credit card on file prior to scheduling any appointment or service.
